We have had several homes across England ... from London ( exciting students days) to Surrey (bringing up my children) to Sussex (our country house dream) and finally Hereford by the Wye (a full circle from a visit as a 10 year old) ... each place was home at different stages of my life ..

but here is where I am happy as I grow older enjoying my art, my walled garden and my beautiful Medieval town by the Cathedral ... There's a home for each stage of your life.

Thank you Rachel for making me think about this XX

Yes! Each stage has its own landscape. Glad you are happy where you are.

You have a beautiful sanctuary to call “home” and I pray that walking through that front door will give you feeling of comfort and belonging and peace. ☮️

I carry those feelings within. This home adds a solidity I appreciate.

"The place where we can be our best, true selves." That's the truest definition of home I've read. I left my own city to make a home at the end of the world, in the south of Chile — and you've named exactly why it felt right.

It’s often right there, within ourselves. Thanks for reading!

I'm having some issues with my aunt, she refused me to build and apartment in a piece of land in our community

Time is on your side. We do the best we can with what we have and use our inner home as guide.
