Pickles are one of the easiest to do. They don’t take long to process and you just slice and can.

I love the look of a shelf full of canning jars and their bounty, nicely done! I wish I was more ambitious in that regard. Maybe when I have a larger garden.

We only have a patio garden but get produce from our local farmers’ market. And this year, from friends! In our area, there are also u-pick farms where one can get fruit.

Beautiful and Tasty! We managed 70 pints of dill pickles - 4 pints at a time! Thought about freezing peaches but gobbled them up instead. Enjoy your bounty.
