I do like the idea of taking special notice of that one tree. We have started our regular practice of walking in nearby bushland to look for orchids. Over the next few months we’ll see this patch transform as wildflowers bloom, and it’s lovely to take notice each week of what’s changed.

PS I have an Aaron too.

It’s definitely one way to keep track of passing time.

We walk every day at our county park as a way of unwinding and keeping track of nature’s beauty. Yesterday, it was pouring down rain but we still go. It gives us a new vision of nature every time. Enjoy your walks in bushland, and your orchids!

What a beautiful montage and practice around the noticing of the tree. May we all be that rooted and mindful!
