It’s heading into spring here but I can still buy pumpkin-and I now very much want to bake your pumpkin swoon cookies. If I’m honest, that caramel topping won me over.
The only pumpkin I have from the veg patch this year is not ready yet but I am sure I’ll find a bag of frozen pumpkin from last year in the freezer 😉
